Most of health problems that older people face are related to chronic conditions, especially noncommunicable diseases. As a rule, the main ones are cardiovascular, oncological, neurodegenerative and associated with the pathology of musculoskeletal system. It is necessary to study the trends in incidence of older people at the regional level and with allocation of wider range of registered diseases.

To analyze indicators of dynamics and structure of incidence of the urban population of Samara (men aged 60+ years and women 55+ years old) from 2010 to 2018, taking into account the demographic aging of population and the possibilities of medical and statistical accounting of this age group.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The annual reports of federal statistical monitoring in the form of Samara’s form No. 12, the results of the All-Russian Population Census (2010) and current population records were used. The structure of general and primary morbidity is ranked, the growth rate of indicators is calculated, seven classes of diseases are identified as priority for the population of Samara over working age.
RESULTS
During the period from 2010 to 2018, the population over working age in Samara increased by 11.5%, its share in the age structure amounted to 27.3%. The total incidence of people over working age increased from 3366.8 to 3610.1‰, the primary incidence — from 656.6 to 665.8‰. The seven most common classes were: diseases of circulatory system, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, genitourinary system, digestive organs, eye and its adnexa, endocrine system and neoplasm.
