The activity of platelet NAD and NADP-dependent dehydrogenases was studied in 90 patients with complicated hypertensive disease concurrent with coronary heart disease in the acute period of ischemic stroke Based on the activity of platelet NADP-dependent dehydrogenases, the authors proposed a procedure to predict recurrent cerebrovascular events of thrombotic origin (stroke, transient ischemic attack, acute myocardial infarction, vascular thrombosis).
