The article substantiates the use of software for assisted reproductive technology (ART) clinics and cryobanks, created on the basis of the 1C platform. Automation of processes during ART ensures the minimization of the risk of identification errors and data loss, standardization of medical services, improvement of quality control of medical care, preservation of medical information, and ensuring continuity in medical care. In addition, it ensures savings in staff time, quick access to information, reduction in the amount of paperwork, protection from legal consequences due to the loss of documents or biological samples. Currently, the use of advanced technologies in the work of a medical institution is an important part of its reputation.
