The protection of the reproductive health of the younger generation is one of the most significant problems due to the steady growth of various gynecological diseases, including those that are asymptomatic, which has a significant impact on the reproductive potential of the young population. To reveal the prevalence of gynecological pathologies among girls in the Moscow region. An analysis of the data on gynecological morbidity of girls and young women in the Moscow Region is presented based on the data of the Reproductive Health Care Centre of Adolescent in the Moscow Region for 2023. According to the Reproductive Health Care Centre of Adolescents in the Moscow Region the prevalence of gynecological abnormalities in hospital admissions for 2023 is (n=914): Abnormal uterine bleeding — 40% (n=366), ovarian apoplexy — 26% (n=238), acute salpingitis — 16% (n=147), vulvovaginitis — 8% (n=73), labial adhesion — 6% (n=54), external genital trauma — 3% (n=27), ectopic pregnancy — 1% (n=9). The prevalence of outpatient gynecological morbidity in adolescents was (n=724): vulvitis — 33% (n=239), dysmenorrhea — 31% (n=224), menstrual disorders — 21% (n=152), ovarian masses — 9% (n=66), breast diseases — 6% (n=43). An analysis of the prevalence of gynecological morbidity of girls and young women in the Moscow Region indicates that among all diseases of the reproductive system (n=1635), menstrual disorders — 46% (n=752), as well as, inflammatory diseases of the external and internal genital organs — 29% (n=475), predominate. Improving specialized gynecological care is the main way to reduce the number of diseases reproductive health among girls in the Moscow region. The main way to maintain and improve the reproductive health of adolescents is the timely detection of various pathologies with the further provision of quality medical care, as well as the prevention of various diseases through educational activities among adolescents and their parents.
