Preservation of fertility and the ability to carry a pregnancy in Turner syndrome is an actual problem. Infertility has been remaining a serious problem for women with this pathology. Spontaneous pregnancy is rare, and is most often associated with a 45, X/46, XX mosaic karyotype. Oocyte donation, in vitro fertilization and the latest methods of fertility preservation open childbearing opportunities for women with Turner syndrome. However, an important aspect for clinicians is the understanding that patients with this pathology may be capable of reproduction, as well as building the strategy for managing patients with Turner syndrome, since in the future there is a high risk of neonatal, obstetric, maternal, and especially cardiovascular complications in patients of this category. The article presents a clinical case of a 16-year-old girl hospitalized with a diagnosis of a mosaic type of Turner syndrome. The main complaint at the time of admission was irregular menstruation. The fact of the occurrence of the menstrual cycle is noteworthy, as well as the fact that this patient has a burdened family history. It is known that the paternal grandmother has a confirmed diagnosis: Turner syndrome, in which she had a spontaneous pregnancy. Our clinical case demonstrates the ability of girls with Turner pathology to fertilize.
