Abstract:

A clinical case of systemic lupus erythematosus in a woman of fertile age is presented. Diagnostic, clinical and therapeutic approaches in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome during pregnancy are analyzed. The described case demonstrates the need for a multidisciplinary approach when discussing and planning pregnancy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome.
