Objective. The clinical and morphological and immunohistochemical evaluation of endometrial receptivity in women with controlled ovarian stimulation with premature luteal and normal preovulatory values. Material and methods. The study involved 42 women endometrial samples: 36 patients were included stimulated research group. 17 had an increased level of preovulatory progesterone (>4.7 nmol/L). In 19 patients these figures correspond to the standard values and did not differ from 6 fertile women of reproductive age during the implantation window. Results. In women with a high progesterone bevel the number of pinopody was 4% less than im patients with normal progesterone concentration. The number of stromal and glondular estrogen receptors was significantly lower in the group with high progesterone. Middle stage secretion was detected in 70.5% of cases in the group with high pre-ovulatory progesterone. LIF level in the comparison group did not differ.
