Abstract:

Combined application of CoolSculpting technology in submental area with local ultrasound in a 63-year-old patient with involutive skin changes and submental fat deposition is reported. Combined therapy included application of CoolSculpting technology in submandibular area(2 cycles with the CoolMini applicator) followed by microsfocused ultrasound procedure after 1.5 months. High efficiency of CoolSculpting technology in submental area combined with microsfocused ultrasound is shown. These studies will help to create a clear algorithm of procedures to obtain high clinical results in aesthetic medicine.
