Лечение псевдомиксомы брюшины. (Обзор литературы и клинический случай)

Резюме

Псевдомиксома брюшины — редкое и агрессивное заболевание, характеризующееся накоплением муцинозного асцита в брюшной полости. В статье изложен обзор литературы, определение этого заболевания, его краткая история, клиническая картина, диагностика, выбор лечебной тактики, а также морфологические и молекулярные особенности и факторы прогноза. Представлены новейшие методики лечения, такие как циторедуктивная хирургия и гипертермическая интраперитонеальная химиотерапия (от англ. Hyperthermic IntraPeritoneal Chemotherapy — HIPEC), которые показали наибольшую эффективность в достижении длительной ремиссии и повышении выживаемости пациентов. В настоящей статье демонстрируем клинический случай, иллюстрирующий успешное применение данных методов на практике.
