Abstract:

A clinical case of multimodality treatment in a 65 years old patient with locally advanced tumor of the tongue is represented. Functional results of reconstruction of combined oral floor defect using the chimeric reinnervated musculocutaneous latissimus dorsi and serratus anterior free flap (chimeric LD+SA flap). The follow-up period was 3.5 years.
