Abstract:

The paper describes a clinical observation of using a new method for reconstructive surgery in patients with laryngeal cancer. The technique for ileocolic autografting allows a single surgical stage not only to remove a tumor-involved organ, but also to simultaneously restore the lost food-conducting and voice functions, without using prostheses, but applying only a patient’s own tissues.
