The world literature dealing with pharyngeal reconstructive surgery in cancer patients is analyzed. Particular emphasis is laid on reconstructive plastic surgery using visceral autografts during surgical treatment in patients with malignant pharyngeal tumors. At the same time, there are reductions in the time and quality of patient rehabilitation and in the level of disability of patients operated on.
