Abstract:

The authors discuss organization and planning of specialized and high-tech inpatient medical care. They also assess the normative indicators used in planning of specialized care in 2022 considering innovations related to autonomous financing of federal hospitals at the expense of compulsory medical insurance. New approaches for territorial program of compulsory medical insurance are proposed.
