Abstract:

The authors present the results of legal monitoring of regulations governing the list of internal documentation in a hospital. The necessity of uniform rules for documentation and subsequent monitoring of internal regulatory documents is emphasized to improve internal quality control. The authors present internal document management, including electronic segment, in the Moscow Multi-field Clinical Center «Kommunarka», as well as strengths and weaknesses of the designed system.
