Abstract:

The authors analyze outpatient and inpatient drug supply considering continuity of therapy for cancer patients. The main problems of drug supply are demonstrated. The authors suggest possible approaches to modernization of financing system and increasing access to therapy. These solutions imply pilot projects devoted to financing of therapy of cancer within compulsory medical insurance system at the outpatient stage of treatment.
