In this study the results of a sociological study are discussed, aimed the level of readiness of medical personnel of a clinical diagnostic laboratory to conduct an innovative policy in a medical organization. Most of the respondents believe that their ideas for improving the work of the clinical diagnostic laboratory can be heard by the management and are being implemented, they know whom to contact, which indicates the presence of feedback in the management of structural units of a medical organization and an active position of both management and medical specialists. Clinical diagnostic laboratory employees are ready to objectively assess their professional level and the professional level of their colleagues, and the level of such assessments depends on the level of education: employees with higher education give more critical level of answers.
