Consider the modern approaches of diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), in accordance with the latest international guidelines on the identification antiphospholipid antibodies associated with APS. The cause of ATP are antiphospholipid antibodies which are a varied group of antibodies. Method of diagnostics cannot be limited to a single test, but should apply a complicated approach. According the latest guidelines of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis is recommended to do complex investigations for diagnostics APS. The article presents an algorithm for the universal solution from the «Instrumentation Laboratory» (USA).
