Leiomyoma is a rare benign tumor of smooth muscles that can occur at any age more frequently in middle-aged individuals. Skin tumor lesions can be solitary or multiple affecting a large area of the skin. Frequently, the reason for visiting dermatovenerologist is an aesthetic defect and severe pain in skin lesions. Cases of a combination of cutaneous leiomyomas with uterine leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma, which are known as Reed’s syndrome, have been described. We present a clinical case of multiple cutaneous leiomyoma in 49 years old female patient who sought medical attention in the Chelyabinsk Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary with complaints of painful nodes in the area of shoulders, back and neck existing since the age of 15. The article describes in detail the disease’s clinical picture, as well as the patients’ examination results and dermatoscopic picture of the skin lesions are presented. The final diagnosis was established after the pathohistological examination of biopsy material of the nodes. A personalized approach is used for the treatment of such patients due to the variety of clinical manifestations, different skin lesions’ area and severity of pain. The patient was able to reduce the pain severity after prescription of gabapentin (antiepileptic drug) and sequential nodes’ removal by electrodestruction method.
