Urogenic reactive arthritis is a condition related to seronegative arthritis known as spondyloarthropathies. The clinical presentation includes the involvement of multiple organs and systems, including the urinary tract, skin, mucous membranes, musculoskeletal system, heart, and eyes. Since the disease does not involve multiple organs at the same time, treatment is supportive, which increases the risk of chronification and complications over time, the most severe of which are rheumatologic conditions. We present a clinical case of a 38-year-old patient who presented with rash, stiffness, and numbness at night and in the morning. The patient was diagnosed with urogenic reactive arthritis related to chlamydial urethritis and prostatitis. The patient had various signs and symptoms and different results of the complex therapy (with cure of chlamydial urethritis and prostatitis) for different organs and systems, including documented improvement in the cardiac conduction system and the transformation of urogenic reactive arthritis into Bekhterev's disease. The case is a clear case of a multidisciplinary issue and is of interest to practitioners of various specialties: dermatovenerologists, rheumatologists, ophthalmologists, cardiologists, therapists, rehabilitation therapists, and family doctors.
