The mucose-synechiae Lortat—Jacob syndrome is a kind of cicatricial pemphigoid, nonacantholytic pemphigus. The key characteristics of the disease is a formation of vicious scars after the regressiona of subepidermal vesicles. The disease is considered to be an autoimmune and is accompanied with producing antibodies to the basal membrane. Nonacantholytic pemphigus affects mucose membranes of eyes, genitro-urinary system, respiratory tract, leading to disability of patients. Systemic immunosuppressants are used to treat. Osteoporosis is the most serious complication of therapy. This article presents a clinical case of Lortat—Jacob syndrome. The patient had almost all manifestations of dermatosis and complications of treatment. The repeated examination of impression-smear on acantholytic cells has failed. Histological study has confirmed the diagnosis of bullous pemphigoid. The patient` examination in «S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy» confirmed the diagnosis, than he was cured respectively. Disease progression has resulted in cicatrical changes of urethra, oral mucous, larynx, airways. Prednisolone administration in moderate dosage (from 35 mg to 15 mg) has complicated by the onset of glucocorticosteroid osteoporosis. This case is of interest to physicians of different specialties — dermatovenereologists, ophthalmologists, urologists, otorhinolaryngologist.
