Time and load standards for specialists in various working conditions should be subject to continuous improvement. Many current regulations have been developed in other conditions of financing and payment of workers. In today’s health and economic conditions, the active implementation of efficient contract is a topical issue and, therefore, new regulations are required. In dermatovenereological practice, time standards that were recommended 5 years ago are also not relevant in the current economic conditions.
