Abstract:

The authors based on the results of their original observations offer the clinical description of a patient presenting with systemic lupus erythematosus that affects the skin, joints, kidneys, and central nervous system. The presence of multisystemic lesions either with cutaneous manifestations or without them not infrequently poses difficulties for the early diagnostics of systemic lupus erythematosus.
