Abstract:

Crocker-Adamson lichen spinulosis is a rare pathology that manifests itself in the development of small follicular papules with the centrally located horny spines. In the majority of the patients, the disease is genetically predetermined. The present paper was designed to describe etiology and pathogensis of the disease in conjunction with the pathomorphological criteria for its diagnostics and principles of treatment. A case of Crocker-Adamson lichen spinulosis in a patient presenting with lichen ruber planus is presented.
