Резюме / Abstract:

В статье освещаются базовые эксперименты предшественников, послужившие толчком для клинического развития трансфузиологии в хирургии в трех основных направлениях: гемотрансфузия, внутривенное переливание водных растворов солей и глюкозы, а также парентеральное введение натурального молока. Показаны непосредственные результаты каждого из вариантов, описаны опасности и осложнения, сопровождавшие накопление опыта. Сформулированы проблемы, которые могли быть решены только при дальнейшем развитии науки.
