Abstract:

Objective. To analyze immediate outcomes of renovisceral debranching in patients with thoracoabdominal aortic disease (aneurysm and dissection). Material and methods. There were 16 patients with thoracoabdominal aortic disease who underwent renovisceral debranching. A total of 58 major branches of the abdominal aorta were replaced in these patients. Results. Patency of replaced vascular segments in early postoperative period was 96.5%. At the same time, visceral branches patency (n=39) reached 100%. In-hospital mortality was 12.5%. Some features of surgical intervention for abdominal aortic branches replacement, course of postoperative period and the most common complications were described.
