Abstract:

Results of reconstructive operations were analyzed in patients with occlusive-stenotic lesions of femoral, popliteal and tibial arteries. During 2004-2010 years 204 bypass operations were carried out including 84 femoropopliteal and 120 femorotibial bypass operations. Characteristics of early complications and long-term (up to 3 years) results of treatment are presented. Advantages of autovenous shunts over synthetic shunts and xenopericardium shunts are shown.
