Abstract:

The article describes a new method of laparoscopic treatment of perforated ulcers of the anterior wall and antrum of the stomach by forming a covered perforation with a duplication fold. The results of a comparative study of the effectiveness of a new method of laparoscopic treatment of covered perforation with a fold-duplication compared with the use of a two-row interrupted suture are presented. The technique of performing laparoscopic suturing of an ulcerative defect of the anterior wall of the stomach with the creation of a duplicate fold, the results of an experimental comparison of the state of the stomach wall in the operation area and a cytological analysis of changes in the gastric mucosa in the area of sutured perforation after both operations are described. The effectiveness and expediency of using the presented method for the treatment of a perforated ulcer of the anterior wall of the stomach with a duplication fold has been confirmed. Recommendations on the use of the main method in clinical practice have been written.
