Kidney resection is a minimally invasive modern method of organ-preserving treatment of kidney cancer. One of complications is the formation of pseudoaneurysm of the renal artery, which entails persistent recurrent hematuria. This situation can be diagnosed using contrast-enhanced multispiral computed tomography of the kidneys with vascular 3D reconstruction. Previously, with the ineffectiveness of hemostatic therapy, there was only one method of treatment — nephrectomy. Currently, the standard of treatment is superselective angioembolization of the affected branch of the renal artery. The experience of successful treatment of complications after kidney resection using this method is presented.
