The article discusses the treatment of patients with ulcerative duodenal bleeding. A clinical observation of the treatment of a patient with ongoing bleeding from a duodenal ulcer by initial applying the method of temporary mechanical stopping of bleeding, and then argon-plasma coagulation of the ulcer.
