The results of analysis of the objective causes accounting for the low efficacy of currently applied modalities and technologies for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection in the stomach are presented. The optimal conditions for the management of this gastric infection are discussed. An original scheme of medicamental treatment of H. pylori infection is proposed and the principles of its eradication in the patients presenting with concomitant diseases are considered. Specifically, the application of a liquid technology is described based on the use of solutions of relevant medicines in the non-clarified orange juice. The therapeutic effect is achieved by means of overcoming the hydrophobicity of the parietal mucosal layer to facilitate diffusion of a pharmaceutical agent into the infected region. Moreover, this approach makes it possible to choose pharmaceutical products to which the pathogen does not develop resistance and which exerts the beneficial action on the entire surface of the gastric mucous membrane. The proposed method ensures complete eradication of H. pylori infection regardless of the strain of the pathogen and the degree of its resistance to therapy.
