The final decisions on civil, administrative and criminal affairs related to medical care are directly influenced by opinion of the experts. Each forensic decision and each sentence proposed to anesthesiologist and/or medical organization is based on opinion of another physician who is also anesthesiologist as a rule. There are cases when conclusions of anesthesiologists involved in complex forensic examination as experts fully or partially do not correspond to recommendations regulating their content. These guidelines could help to decrease the number of conclusions which do not correspond to normative recommendations.
