8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.2 The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
