Terms of Delivery and Payment for Goods on the Website of Media Sphere Publishing House For Individuals*

These Terms apply to all Orders placed by individuals
By registering and placing Orders on the website mediasphera.ru, the Customer agrees to the Terms of Sale of Goods for Individuals (the "Terms") set forth below.
These Terms govern the relationship between the Customer (you) and Media Sphere Publishing LLC arising from the placement and fulfillment of Orders. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an Order. If you do not agree with any provision, you may refrain from placing an Order.
The Publishing House may unilaterally amend these Terms at any time without special notice. Amendments take effect as soon as the updated version is posted on the Website in the "Delivery and Payment" section.

1. How to Place an Order

To place an Order, you must register on the website. This allows us to process your Order correctly and deliver it. In one Order you may purchase: articles, individual issues of journals (in print or electronic format), subscriptions to print or electronic versions of journals (for six months or one year), and books published by Media Sphere Publishing House.

How to place an Order:

1. Find the desired journal, article, or book in the catalog.
2. Select the option you are interested in (electronic version, print version, subscription).
3. Add the item to your cart.
4. Go to your cart and confirm the Order.
5. If you are already registered, log in to your account. If not, complete the registration form. Please provide a valid email address — it is required for logging into your personal account and password recovery.
6. After payment confirmation, you will be redirected to the payment service "Robokassa" to complete payment for your Order.

2. Order Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation of a paid Order for print versions of journals is only possible before the goods have been shipped.

Ordered, delivered, and received journals and books of proper print quality are non-refundable.

To cancel an Order before shipment or to replace a defective copy, please contact our subscription department via email or phone (see the "Contacts" section).

3. Payment for Order

Payment for the Order is processed through the secure service Robokassa.

Payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR); bank payment systems; partial payment services (e.g., Split, Podeli); electronic money (YooMoney), and others.
Important security note: When paying by card, you are redirected to the Robokassa payment system website, which holds an international security certificate. Media Sphere Publishing House does not receive or store your bank card details. All information is transmitted in encrypted form.

4. Delivery and Receipt

Electronic Versions (Articles, Issues, Subscriptions)
The electronic version is a full-featured PDF file. It preserves all original formatting (headings, footnotes, fonts, illustrations).
After payment, the electronic version becomes available for reading/downloading immediately. You can download the file in two ways:
- In your Personal Account, under "Paid Orders". An article opens for download in a new window. A downloaded issue is automatically saved via your browser (downloads folder).

- On the page of the specific journal issue, by clicking the "Download Full Issue" button. You can also navigate to a specific issue from the "Journal Archive" section.

Electronic Subscription (six months / one year):

Information about your paid subscription will appear in your Personal Account.

Available issues can be downloaded from the "Journal Archive" section.

Upon release of each new issue, you will receive a notification and a link to the fresh issue at the email address provided during registration.

To read PDF files, you may use the free Adobe Reader software.
Print Versions (Individual Issues, Subscriptions, and Books)
Please note: Print versions are shipped only within the territory of the Russian Federation! For other countries, only electronic subscriptions are available. Journals are sent as *registered printed matter* via Russian Post.
Shipping timelines:

Individual journal issues are shipped within 10 business days from the date of payment (provided they have already been printed. The print version is released 14 business days after the electronic version).

Subscription issues are shipped within 10 business days from the release date of the print version.

Books are shipped within 5 business days from the date of payment.

A tracking number will be sent to your email address within 14 business days (from the issue release date or order payment date).

Delivery times depend on Russian Post operations and vary by region.
Important note for print subscribers: Subscribers to the print version of journals also receive access to the electronic version. Please note that the electronic version is released 10–14 days earlier than the print version.

5. How to Check Your Order Status

You may inquire about your Order (whether it has been shipped, reasons for delay, etc.) by contacting our Subscription Department:

Please be sure to include your Order number in your message.

6. Liability

Media Sphere Publishing House is not liable for delays or non-delivery of journals if an incorrect or outdated shipping address (for print issues) or an incorrect/outdated email address (for electronic issues) was provided during registration.
If you do not receive your Order or subscription issue in a timely manner, re-shipment will only be made with the next subscription issue or upon re-payment of postal service fees.
