Electronic versions of journals: articles, separate issues, subscription

The electronic version represents a PDF file.

This is a complete electronic copy of the printed version. All original design elements of the journal (headings, footnotes, fonts, indents) as well as all illustrations are preserved in PDF format.

After payment the ordered article or a separate issue is available for download in your personal account or on the page of the corresponding issue of the journal. The required journal can be found in the "Journals" section; then you need to select the journal itself ("Preventive Medicine" or "Bulletin of Otorhinolaryngology", etc.), and in the "Journal Archive" subsection please, select the required issue / number.

When paying for an electronic subscription for half a year / year the information about the paid subscription will be available in the personal account; the issues available for download can also be found in the "Archive of journals" subsection. After the release of each new issue a notification and a link to the latest issue will be sent to the email specified during registration.

Please, be aware! Printed versions are sent only within the territory of the Russian Federation! Electronic subscription is available for other countries.

Please note that the electronic version is released 10-14 days earlier than the printed version.

BOOKS

Books of "Media Sfera Publishing Group" are sent by registered parcels of "Russian Post" only within the territory of the Russian Federation. Shipping costs are included in the price of the publication.

Books are dispatched within 5 working days from the date of payment for the order.

Tracking number for tracking is provided within 10 working days from the date of payment of the order.

How a purchase is made when using the payment systems?

Please, choose the required journal in the online-store.

Then, you should register yourself and submit the contact information.

After that, please pay for the journal through the secure ASSIST terminal using one of the payment systems.

After confirming payment a link for downloading a PDF file becomes available to you (for published journals).

How to check the order status?

You can find out information on the order (when it was sent, why it was not received, etc.) by sending a request to the e-mail address: zakaz@mediasphera.ru or by phone: +8 800 101 59 87 (Subscription Department). The message should contain the order number.

How to place an order:

Choose the publications you would like to purchase in our catalogue.

Please note that you can subscribe to or purchase one electronic copy of journals from different sections within the same order.

Go to the Shopping Cart and confirm your order. If you are already a registered user, sign in with your username. If you are not, please register. Your personal details are required so that you could pay and we could ship the order to you. You can register any time and the details will be stored in the system until you would like to delete them. When filling in the registration form, please be aware that some fields are mandatory. Having registered once, you will have access to additional services: you will be able to track your order, view the order history, and buy the publications. Please provide your actual e-mail, since the lost password cannot be recovered without it and you won’t be able to enter your personal account.

*After ordering, an invoice is issued for legal entities and a payment slip for individuals.

Order payment

After the order has been placed, you should use ROBOKASSA payment:

ROBOKASSA payment gateway (Payment with VISA/MasterCard debit/credit cards) and digital money (WebMoney, Yandex.Money, QIWI)

When using a credit/debit card to pay for the order (including entering the card number), payment processing takes place on the site of ROBOKASSA electronic payment system which has passed international certification. Therefore that your confidential data (credit/debit card number, personal details, etc.) cannot be transferred to the online store, are securely processed, and no one (including the online store of Media Sphera publishing house) can obtain client’s personal and banking details. The SSL 3.0 protocol is used to protect information against unauthorized access at the stage when it is transferred from a client to the server of the ROBOKASSA payment gateway. The ROBOKASSA company has undergone PCI certification (PCI Data Security Standards designed and implemented by the VISA and MasterCard payment systems to ensure safe storage of personal data of the owners of credit/debit cards). Furthermore, reliability of the ROBOKASSA payment gateway has been proved by HackerSafe Certificate.

When paying for the order with e-money, the payment procedure on the websites connected to the ROBOKASSA system is as follows:

first of all, make sure that your e-wallet has been authorized; then you can proceed to place an order. Please choose one of the digital money systems. Then details of the payment method are entered on the authorized web page of either the ROBOKASSA payment gateway or the payment system, and agreement to make a payment is given. The time required to process the payment varies from several seconds to several minutes, depending on the payment method selected. The user interface remains the same.
