Articles must be submitted electronically through our online submission system, using the link https://cochrane.ru/index.php/gastro/login. You should register on the submission system first.
1. The manuscript should be accompanied by an official application letter from the organization where the work was actually done and countersigned by the study supervisor (download blank form - MS Word .doc). It may be indicated if the article is a thesis work.
In addition, copies of authorship and innovation proposal certificates or information release authorization are required if these documents are mentioned in the text of the article or expert report.
2. The manuscript should be submitted in duplicate accompanied by the electronic version to be received either on a compact disk or via e-mail gastro@mediasphera.ru.
3. The first page of the manuscript should include initials and surnames of the authors, their academic degrees and current positions, the title of the publication, and organization where the work was done. Official name of the institution and governmental agency with which the authors are affiliated should be indicated in the Russian and English languages.
4. The manuscript must be signed by all authors. It is mandatory to indicate the surname, first name and patronymic of the corresponding author, his (her) mailing address (including the postal index), electronic address, and telephone numbers. In case the authors are affiliated with different organizations, the contact information (e-mail) about each institution should be provided.
