Подкожная эмфизема как результат обработки непроникающей колото-резаной раны груди раствором перекиси водорода

Резюме

Обработка непроникающей колото-резаной раны груди 3% раствором перекиси водорода может вызвать быстрое развитие подкожной эмфиземы, распространяющейся на соседние анатомические области. Затеканию раствора перекиси водорода в раневой канал может способствовать зияние входной раны. Подкожная эмфизема в области колото-резаной раны груди может быть неверно истолкована как признак проникающего ранения. Чтобы избежать ошибочных выводов необходимо учитывать особенности обработки раны во время оказания скорой медицинской помощи.
