Abstract:

The present article provides the rationale for the necessity of introduction of a special analytical-synthesizing part in the expert judgment. It must characterize the process of cognitive operations in the course of forensic medical expertises and thereby ensure conditions for the adequate verification and assessment of the quality of the expertise.
