Резюме

Генитоуринарный менопаузальный синдром (ГУМС) представляет собой комплекс генитальных, сексуальных и урологических симптомов, возникающих в период пери- и постменопаузы ввиду снижения фолликулярной активности яичников и прогрессирующей гипоэстрогении. Высокая распространенность синдрома и негативное влияние его проявлений как на физическое, так и на психологическое благополучие женщин придают вопросу диагностики и лечения ГУМС особую значимость.
