Importance. The incidence of non-carious defeats, including wedge-shaped defect of teeth in recent years increased up to 82%. The esthetic psycho-emotional status, also quality of life at patients with wedge-shaped defect of teeth suffers. In this regard optimization of complex treatment of patients with this pathology is necessary. Objectives — assessment of dental indicators of quality of life and optimization of methods of treatment of patients with wedge-shaped defects of teeth. Methods. The clinico-sociological research of patients with wedge-shaped defects of teeth is conducted. Results. In work results of use of a medical and hygienic algorithm at patients with this pathology using a nanodimensional hydroxyapatite (Hectare) Nanoflyuor and the Sensodyne Rapid Relief are presented. Conclusions. Results of a research show efficiency of application of a medical and hygienic algorithm for patients with wedge-shaped defects of teeth that allows to reach permanent remission of a disease and to improve the quality of life of patients.
