Abstract:

Management of salivary fistulas is a challenging problem. It is especially true of the treatment of complete salivary fistulas with the incision of the excretory duct of the gland. The authors report the case of surgical treatment of complete external salivary fistula of the parotid duct with the use of original modification of E. Halsband' method.
