Abstract:

Dynamics of reparative regeneration of buccal mucosa affected by the mechanical impact of laser rdaiation was studied on 42 rats 6 hours, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 15 days after injury. A SMART 2940 D+ surgical laser (Italy) and a conventional surgical scalpel were used to inflict the wounds on the right and left sides of the oral cavity respectively. The results of regeneration of the mucous membrane following surgical intervention in the two modes were compared and verified by histological methods.
