In front of me lies an old photograph. The date on it is September 17, 1992. Thirty years ago - how long ago it was! But memory is a strange ability: it seems like it all happened literally yesterday. But let's consider it in order. Thus, 1991 destroyed everything we were used to: the Soviet Union, district and city party committees, party cells in institutions... But in 1992 we did not yet feel all the consequences of the tremendous tectonic rupture of our Motherland. We did not feel that we had become citizens of a new country.
