Endoscopic endonasal surgical treatment of 151 patients with occlusion of the lacrimal-nasal channel. The methods of use of microflap are applied, the efficiency of this technique is compared. The necessity of prolonged stenting with silicone tubular drains and endoscopic dressings in the postoperative period was determined. The criteria of stenting duration are substantiated.
