Abstract:

At present, irrigation therapy makes up the integral part of the prophylaxis and treatment of ENT diseases. Intranasal sprays are widely used for this purpose. The optimal intranasal spray is represented by the Marimer hypertensive spray that provides a safe-to-use preparation free from effects of discomfort. Its properties allow it to be frequently applied by both the adult subjects and the and children. The Marimer solution penetrates into the nasopharynx; however, it does not enter the mouth of the auditory tube which excludes the development of otitis as a complication of irrigation therapy.
