The diagnosis and treatment of recurrent respiratory infection complicated by ENT disease in children remain a relevant problem in pediatric otorhinolaryngology. The quality of early diagnosis of ENT diseases in children with recurrent respiratory infection (RRI) is improved by introducing the screening program "Pediatric Otolaryngology", which upgrades medical care for children. The rate ratio for different parameters (age, mean RRI incidence rate, infection index, and the pattern and frequency of complaints) with the pattern of ENT pathologies can identify patient groups needing outpatient rehabilitation measures (72.8%) and high-level specialized care (27.5%). The screening program assumes a particular importance in the regions that lack specialized ENT care, which lends support to the efficiency of a clinical way to deliver follow-up ENT care for children in the northern regions.
