Causes of the present problems of health workers are varied and complex. Government remains the main employer for medical personnel, despite the provision of increasingly widespread services in private clinics. Personnel problems depend on many factors, some of them are difficult to assess at the level of the government. Aim. To perform a comparative analysis of the subjective assessment of working conditions by nursing staff of state, departmental and private healthcare organizations in the Russian Far East. Materials and methods. This study is based on sociological data and was conducted in the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation from 2017 to 2018. 2510 people participated in the survey. Nursing staff of healthcare organizations of various ownership forms participated in the sociological survey. Sociological data were collected using a specially designed questionnaire consisting of 23 questions. Primary information was collected at the place of work and training of respondents. Analysis of statistical data was performed by calculating relative and average values, using univariate analysis of variance. Results. Statistical analysis demonstrated significant differences in satisfaction with working conditions among average medical workers of state, departmental and private clinics (p<0.001). Medical workers of private organizations have a high level of satisfaction with working conditions, in departmental and state organizations — very low and low (p<0.001). In the study groups, statistical differences of the primary motivation factors, which are the most important for employees (p<0.001), were established. Conclusion. Results we obtained confirmed the hypothesis of varying satisfaction with working conditions among nursing staff in different health sectors.
