Abstract:

Health status of the working population has a huge impact on national economy. Diseases with temporary disability (DTD) cause huge economic losses. DTD data analysis from various public sources is an important function carried out by public health care officials and occupational health professionals. Private companies have limited access to DTD data as protected by national laws on personal data. The information about private companies’ tax returns and payments to Public Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation may be used as data source for DTD analysis.
