The problem of prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCDs) is relevant in many countries of the world, including Russia. For its solution, innovative technologies are used, which allow organizing preventive counseling of the population in the places of its mass location with subsequent remote physician/patient interactions in order to enhance treatment efficiency in patients with CNCDs and to modify their risk factors. Mobile and e-Health technologies (remote cardiac monitoring, an online patient’s office, offline clinics, and the principles of an IT medical) have come into use to prevent CNCDs in the Tver Region. The innovative CNCD prevention model created by the researchers of the Tver State Medical University can be used in other regions of Russia, by attracting both state and non-state funding sources.
