In recent years, an increasing number of enterprises submit their corporate reports in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) that is being actively implemented in the practice of Russian companies. Unfortunately, the GRI indices do not reflect a diversity of activity areas of companies in promoting their employees’ health, which can lead to their collapse. Conclusion. The public social non-financial reporting is an important and objective source of information on corporate health promotion programs and allows one to assess this work without time-consuming and expensive surveys and questioning. A study of social reporting makes it possible to identify the leading companies implementing the most effective and modern health practices, which contributes to the successful interaction between the medical and business communities in this area. It is necessary to develop Russian indicators of reporting on the promotion of employees’ health, which will motivate the company’s management to intensify this work.
