Noise and vibration are leading poor working environmental factors in the ambulance cars. The sources of noise in the car are most commonly its engine, body, chassis, and medical equipment. The noise climate of traffic also makes a certain contribution to the total noise level. The main sources of vibration that is transmitted through the car control and affect first aid team members are an engine and a shaft line. To create acoustic comfort in this connection is one of the priorities to optimize the working conditions of travelling first aid team members. The authors evaluated the working conditions of travelling first aid team members in Ufa, by studying the values of noise and vibration on-site. Estimating the vibroacoustic loads of workplaces has indicated that the sanitary working conditions of linear team members are characterized by the levels of working environmental factors that have a negative impact of the workers' health and lead one to predict a high posteriori occupational risk, i.e. for obvious clinical forms of both occupational and systemic diseases.
