The nature of cardiovascular performance changes was assessed in traveling emergency team workers with different lengths of service. Analysis of the presented indicators could reveal statistically significant differences in the body's functional strain in traveling team workers in terms of an occupational factor and cardiovascular performance changes at work. Significant functional strain was shown to be noted only in physicians at the beginning of a shift and in physicians and drivers at its end. After a shift, feldshers and orderlies had moderate strain of regulatory systems. Many traveling emergency team workers with long service were found to have significant continuous strain of cardiovascular function. In this state, there is irrational waste of the body's functional and energetic reserves with their further exhaustion, which assists in reducing the body's adaptive capacities.
